At the Arise Foundation, our mission is to help student-athletes reach their fullest potential, both in the classroom and on the court. While we focus heavily on physical training and NCAA counseling, we also know that elite performance starts with how an athlete treats their body during "off" hours. One of the most innovative ways to support this is through Human Centric Lightings.
The Science of Performance Human Centric Lightings (HCL) is a technology designed to mimic the natural rhythm of the sun. For a student-athlete who spends hours in a gym under harsh fluorescent lights and more hours at a desk studying, the internal "body clock" (circadian rhythm) can easily get disrupted. HCL systems adjust color temperature and intensity throughout the day to support the body’s natural needs.
